On A605 5' cross of wood an metal has been erected on carriageway

On the carriageway layby on the A605 between Barnwell and Oundle a death occurred and there are commemorative flowers but someone has erected a large 4' wood and metal cross on edge of carriageway that is potentially dangerous should it fall, be blown or a car hit it. It is also distracting
