Temporary traffic lights

I live at 4 Woodlows House 51 St Edmunds Road. My flat overlooks Abington Square. Yesterday and today there has been a lot of car horns behind sounded due to the temporary traffic lights. These lights are insufficiently signed meaning that vehicles backed up outside my flat have no idea why the traffic is not moving as they cannot see the lights unless they are one of the first few cars. This is causing me stress as I work from home and the noise is disruptive to calls. It is also disturbing my leisure and sleep as drivers do not respect the cut-off for using horns.

Please address this oversight ASAP!

Firstly we would like to apologise for the delay in responding to the points raised within your report. As your aware the scheme has now been completed however, we just wanted to assure that additional signage was put in place giving motorists further advanced warning of the works immediately after you raised this issue with us. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
