Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 15:38, Tue 10 November 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2380875.
This problem occurs on the frontages to a number of properties on the east side of Stuart Road numbers 3 - 37. The neatly trimmed vegetation has grown over a number of years to obstruct almost half the width of the footway in places, and forces pedestrians into the road in some locations. Sample photo's attached. The problem is clearly in intervention of sec 154 of the Highways Act 1980.
