Public rights of way obstructed

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2387494.
The marked public rights of way through Grange Farm just off Rushton Road are currently obstructed by electric fencing. Further pathways beyond this point heading back along the southern edge of the Ise river have also been obstructed by fencing and barbed wire.

Footpath still obstructed by electric fence and horse contained in field ,no access to public footpath from Rushton road /Desborough road and there fore no access to Abbey Bridge and footpath to Rothwell

Thanks for reporting this a site visit will be made and report back to you with what action is going to be taken. We have now checked this a number of times and last visited the electric fence had been removed. No further action required at present time.
