Safety surfacing may cause lorries to overturn

The recent laying of safety surfacing around the corner by the school may cause high sided lorries to over-turn, as has happened previously in similar circumstances

This is very high ground with frequent high strength winds blowing from the south east, the overturning moment plus the side winds could cause a lorry to fall on a car waiting to come out of the side road, or straight onto pedestrians. Please investigate.
