  • Thank you for your enquiry. A letter has been sent to the relevant homeowner requesting that the overhanging vegetation is cut back. A revisit will be carried out 14 days after the receipt of the letter.

  • This bush has been trimmed but as you will see from my photo, the bush still blocks the asphalt path requiring pedestrians to walk on the grass. The grass is flattened by the foot traffic which demonstrates the need to walk around the bush. As a regular user of this footpath I would be perfectly willing to help cut the bushes down but I would be unable to remove the cuttings.

  • 11/01 A further site visit has been carried out and the vegetation has not been cut back far enough. Another letter has been sent and a further site visit will be performed week commencing 01/02
