Blocked drains

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2391551.

There are still some blocked drains on Drayton Road. Rain water is not escaping through them but is going down the hill and settling at the bottom. The water and mud in the gutters and on the road and the leaves on the pavement made walking difficult and dangerous.
