These holes have grown considerably and cars are swerving into the centre of the road. Almost unavoidable. 6 months repair lead time is poor. Please re-assess this ASAP. It’s an accident waiting to happen especially on a bend such as this.

These potholes have previously been patched up, however they have both opened up and are worse than before. Whilst travelling along this road heading towards Aynho it is impossible to avoid these without crossing the double continuous white lines to the other carriageway. The depth of these have caused damage to both my alloy and the tracking on the offside front wheel and the bottom wishbone of the suspension. It is quite dismaying that these potholes have been in such a poor state for over 6 months, and with the winter they have grown in depth and size. I have attached images of the potholes however I am unable to upload all the images.

These potholes are deep abd dangerous forcing me to swerve across double white lines to avoid damaging my wheels. If an accident happens here the council will be responsible! Absolutely unacceptable!

Since I filed this report I took my vehicle to a Mercedes dealership and asked them inspect the front suspension and wheel in the offside. The service technician identified that the wheel had in fact been buckled by the impact with the pothole. In fact not only was the wheel damaged but also the geometry was knocked out of line. To replace the wheel I've been quoted nearly £900.00. This is a cost I do not feel is of my own making but due to the lack of response by Northants County Council to resolve an already highlighted dangerous situation.
