Manhole cover outside number 5 is very noisy when cars drive over it day and night.so therefore seems to be damaged

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2396070.

This has been going on for months. I have reported it to Grace homes the builders of estate but they said it is your responsibility. It is outside 5 Isemill road. Burton Latimer. It’s the large square cover in 2 triangular pieces, and the whole frame is moving when traffic drives over it.
