This was closed as not your responsibility, how are damaged items on the road at traffic lights not your responsibility?

Thank you for contacting the County Council. The items are there by the land owner to prevent the turn . Further to your earlier report this was reported to the land owner ( Homes England ) who stated that they are aware and arranging repair.
