No Through Road - Cul-De-Sac sign needed
Reported via mobile in the Damaged / Missing / Facing Wrong Way category anonymously at 10:19, Sat 21 November 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2398379.
There is no through road but the signage on the A4500 doesn’t show that and both Apple maps and Google maps show the Weedon Close is connected to Balmoral Close... there is only a cycle path there but still my friends and delivery drivers cannot find the address-if it was an ambulance or police I would be worried they might not find it. Many cars turn into our road every day only to have to go out again-it’s supposed to be a quiet cul-de-sac but we get at least 40 cars a day coming in to turn round and leave again! Could you please update Apple and Google about the situation and put a big sign up on the main road .. many people are doing a dangerous (and illegal) turn at the traffic lights if they see they cannot get through as well. Please update the signage to show there is no through road.I have been here 2 ½ years and there has been no sign and every day loads of cars turning around. Thank you
