20 inch pot hole
Reported via desktop in the Pothole / Failed Reinstatement category anonymously at 09:46, Tue 24 November 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2402648.
This pot hole ( outside 123 Glapthorn Road Oundle) has been here for about 6 months but it is gradually getting deeper and deeper. you can see that the pavement has previously been dug up for some kind of drainage and the repair that has been done is not good enough and therefor is sinking. It is quite deep now and causing the underside of my car to scrape when entering my driveway. I have already had to have my car repaired once. I have had a contractor out to look at the issue and have been informed that as this is outside of my boundary, it is the councils responsibility to put it right. I would be most grateful if you could resolve this matter asap.

This hole is getting deeper! This is a picture when it is half full of water. I would estimate that the hole is 12 - 15inch deep now. I'm worried that the ground under the repair that has previously been done is sinking and well end up damaging the gas / water main that lays underneath
