Grass verges now a mudpit
Reported via mobile in the Verges - Damaged by Vehicles category anonymously at 14:51, Tue 24 November 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2403378.
CityFibre recently worked in the area; and whilst caused a mess to the grass verges, made an effort to replace and leave the place halfway respectable. Builders accessing a site on Timken Way South have undone all this good work. Heavy duty vehicles are using the grass verges as part of the road and have made it look a tip. The man hole cover in the photo graph is now loose; as are the curbs as I witnessed one of the workers kicking it and large pieces chipping away at it. Absolutely not acceptable considering the amount we are charged to keep this looking nice. Previous poor work to fix grass verges following the building of the care home has never recovered and still looks like a patchy both job.
