Fence post and panel have collapsed and will shortly fall and block footpath ...fence not part of a property

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 20:00, Tue 24 November 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2403862.

A fence post and panel have sheared off and are about to fall onto the footpath indicated (it runs along the side of my property (34 Wilce Avenue)... it this happens it will block the path and as some of the residents near the affected fencing are quite elderly it would pose a risk for them...none of us know who to contact but with the winter weather arriving it won’t be long before an even larger section of the fence is affected too...would seem better to fix the issue before it gets much worse... the fence doesn’t seem to be linked to a property but edges a parking area
