This is a busy road and school children use this crossing, so this puddle causes major issues for disable and pushchair users when trying to cross the road during the busy times, after school these crossing a packed and it becomes unsafe to cross without getting wet.

    Please can this be looking into as a matter of urgency? Children are at risk and now that it’s getting dark early this is causing major issues for families using pushchairs trying to cross the busy main road.

  • Thank you for your enquiry, the defect does not currently meet the investigatory levels for repair and will continue to monitor through highway safety inspections, the leaf debris is the responsibility of NBC street cleansing and has been passed on to them,their reference number is REP:070846.
