Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 06:28, Wed 25 November 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2404104.

This pothole is about 30 metres from the a6003 Uppingham rd roundabout. It’s in the centre of the road and is extremely dangerous. It is very deep and burst my tyre and smashed my alloy wheel requiring recovery and police attendance (2030 hrs on 24/11/20) if I had been on my motorcycle then I would have been thrown off.

  • Please advise how I can claim compensation. This is the second time this has happened to me in the same area, I reported that also and that one cost me over £500 to repair my wheels!! I didn’t make a claim then which I now regret.
