In the ally way next to 39.
Bushes are as high as the guttering.
They are overhanging conservatories in peoples private properties.
Unable to obtain social distancing in the ally way because if the vegetation.
Needs to all be cut out.

Thank you for your enquiry. We are currently prioritising vegetation works which represent safety concerns. Householders are within their rights to cut back any vegetation that overhangs the property. Site inspection has been undertaken, no obstructions of the path were found. With regard to social distancing it is up to the users of the highway to ensure that they conform with Government guidelines and keep themselves safe. We are unable to take any action at this time.
