Disabled markings incorrectly assigned. Grass verges churned up slip hazard for elderly disabled resident at 49
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category by Catherine Carr at 11:26, Wed 25 November 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2404627.
Since the introduction of the zebra crossing the disabled markings were incorrectly redone and so not include 49 Burns Road. They are from 45 (no disabled residents) to 47. These were originally in place for my late father. The disabled resident plaque is still on the front wall. My mother now 81 and registered disabled is unable to walk further than the top of the path where we are unable to legally park now. The neighbours and visitors park half on the verges and have churned the grass and mud creating a slip hazard, not to mention the dog fouling there! Can the lines be reinstated to the original position. Is it possible to extend the small patch of path between the grass verges at the top of the property of 49.
