Holes and collapsed repairs cause problems for a length of Finedon Road
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 12:04, Wed 25 November 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2404728.
Between Harrington Road and College Street there are a large number of holes and previous repairs that have sunk into the road. These cause vehicles to drive around them as well as creating a huge amount of noise when they are hit by the increasing number of HGV's that use Finedon Road. Some older residents have reported being woken up by the noise of HGV's hitting the holes meaning that they are denied a good night's sleep. The whole stretch of road needs to be resurfaced as the temporary reparis made to some holes earlier this year are already breaking up. This problem was first reported two years ago and closed without a fix.
