Shoddy wasteful repair

Long standing large holes finally fixed - just really poorly. 2 men, 2 lorries but only half a job. The largest holes were filled but as the yellow markings indicate the whole area is in need of resurfacing. This will only result in an inefficient revisit in a short time.
