Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2409663.

Overhanging bushes obstructing the public footpath. Issue reported to the residents of the HMO over 2 months ago but no action taken. Dangerous for dog walkers as can no longer social distance when walking past this house. Dangerous for disabled people that have to walk on the wet muddy grass outside this property to socially distance.
