Overgrown vegetation causing safety issues.

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 15:31, Sun 29 November 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2410336.

There is a lot of vegetation (brambles/bushes) etc, including a couple of dead trees, on the verge of Apethorpe Road in Woodnewton between its junction with Orchard Lane and St Mary's church. This vegetation stretches to the road in places resulting in there being no where for pedestrians to escape from speeding traffic. There are already tyre marks on the verge where vehicle have mounted the bank. The trees and bushes need pruning and/or removing. I am removing the ivy, etc from my side of the boundary wall (8 St Mary's Close) and am concerned that this will result in the branches/trunks of dead trees falling onto the highway causing an accident.
