Access road for 43 and 41 Greenhills Road has now got broken tarmac because of number 45 having works done.

Access road for 43 and 41 Greenhills Road has now got broken tarmac because of number 39 having works done.

Number 39 are having fully loaded lorries park on the access road for numbers 41 and 43 causing all the tarmac on the road to be broken and then pulling mud from the green onto the drive way / access road causing muddy slippy driving conditions. The people living in the bungalows affected are vulnerable and this is the only way they can access there property.

Number 39 is blocking access, 41 and 43 would have been unable to leave there properties at times.

They have reported it to the police - incident number 01/12/2020 - 314.

Number 41 have had bins delivered but this is not the cause of the damage.

  • Ambulance struggled to gain access on Sunday 13/12/2020 to bring house owner back because access road was so messy / broken.

  • 25/01 We have contacted the resident at number 45 who has stated that he is not responsible for the damage to the vehicular access and other people have been parking on it and your other neighbour that you share your access with has also had works done to his property and so could have damaged it. We can take no further action without definite proof of the damaged being caused by one person and this access is the responsibility of both you and your neighbour that use it. Thank you
