Pothole cluster

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2414017.

When existing the roundabout in a north westerly direction travelling towards Aldi, the point where the two lanes merge back together is littered with a cluster of potholes.

In this section of road at least 70% of the top surface is detached leaving both the subbase and base course exposed.

Urgent resurfacing is required as previous ‘spot repairs’ have failed and detached.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. This location has been inspected by our team. There are currently no defects that meet our investigatory criteria for repair. These levels have been agreed with Northamptonshire County Council. We will continue to monitor the defect via our routine highway safety inspections. Please note that this road has been added to our forward list of potential patching sites.
