The path outside my mum & dad's bungalow has large uneven potholes My dad is classed as disabled with severe back problems whilst outside my dad tripped over the large hole causing him to jolt his back causing him more pain

Thank you for your enquiry. We have raised a works order to repair the defects that you have reported. These works will be undertaken within the next 6 months. On most occasions we are repairing defects of this nature sooner than this target date, however please do not hesitate to contact us should the defects worsen so that our team can carry out a further assessment, attaching a photograph if possible and safe to do so
