Outside 62 Upper Queen Street Rushden, the footpath has been churned up, the tarmac of the footpath has broken up leaving a pothole approx. 2inches deep and 7/8 inches wide. This is very dangerous for pedestrians especially in the winter months when it is dark and cannot see the hole.
