Tarmac footpath uneven

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2430540.

I have reported this some time ago, however the footpath is now even more dangerous. Between Littledale and Hardwick rd on the right side facing Hardwick rd, there are many areas on this pathway where the tarmac is broken up & missing, this was due mainly due to weeds breaking through and now they have died it has made so many areas dangerous. I walk this area daily and would appreciate something being done to prevent me or other people being injured.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. We have raised a works order to repair the defects that you have reported. These works will be undertaken within the next 6 months. On most occasions we are repairing defects of this nature sooner than this target date, however please do not hesitate to contact us should the defects worsen so that our team can carry out a further assessment, attaching a photograph if possible and safe to do so.

  • The areas are even more uneven due to frost etc. there are also other areas along Waterworks lane now.
