Bollards loose and liable to fall over

Reported via desktop in the Safety Bollard - Damaged/Missing category anonymously at 13:31, Tue 15 December 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2433062.

The 2x new safety bollards at the pedestrian crossing point are loose (not sure if they have been hit again or just haven't been bolted down properly). Due to the nature of traffic in this area they are liable to either fall over or be knocked down (again!).
