Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2444821.

Flooding down road, causing The Barn property to become drenched. Somebody has already gone out to Plum Cottage and put sand bags out, this is now pushing water towards The Barn. Water is Ankle Deep and like a river.
