Blocked drains causing flooding of road, footpaths & properties

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2444863.
On Low March way the road and footpath is flooded and water has entered the business of Frasier James Furniture Ltd, flooding the ground floor. The flooding extends to the adjacent roundabout.

Surface water from site goedss into swer which is Anglian water. please can this be looked at as the gutters alongside of highway aren't flooding its the local property pumping station which is backing up

Photos attached showing the surface water network on site and the local sewer network leading to the local pumping station. Water appears to be backing up from the London Road surface water sewer located to the North East of the site. However, the blockage could be anywhere along the route from Unit 2 to the pumping station shown on the local plan.

Thank you for your enquiry the gulley cleansing crew are trying to get CCTV down the pipes to better assess, hopefully that will be getting done soon, but I cannot give a time scale at this moment.
