Drains blowcked

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2447860.

About 4-5 of these drains are blocked so the water just runs down the road, these drains have been blocked for 5-6 years, they have been reported before on several occasions but they never get cleaned out,
