2 massive pot holes

2 massive pot holes have appeared over the past 2 weeks ... from previous repairs ... the are both 5/7” deep and and nearly 24” in length ... we are a main bus route with busses every 15 mins in both directions... cars crash through these holes and are enlarging them at an alarming rate.
