Manhole lifted by storm water
Reported via desktop in the Blocked/Damaged category by Brian Tomlin. Chairman Croughton Parish Council at 12:33, Mon 28 December 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2450078.
This drain cover is lifted every time we have a rain storm. You have pressure jetted parts of the drain but there are still problems .Can you please consider a full survey of the drains in Park End including the pipe down to the lake with a view to laying a larger pipe if the drain turns out to be undersized. Houses at 8 Park End have been flooded again over Xmas.

thank you for your enquiry i can confirm that the system that the road gullies conect to is the responsibility of Thames Water we have asked them to check their system as a mater of urgency and report back their findings, i suspect some gullies appear to be blocked but in fatc the main line is probably the issue
