Blocked drain and resulting mud in roads.

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2450816.

The road drain is blocked and the resulting flood in the recent days has deposited lots of mud. The mud is mainly on the road to the church, it is very deep and slippery.
