Grass verge on path damaged

Reported via desktop in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 10:16, Tue 29 December 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2451350.

This has been ongoing for some time now. Due the number of cars that park down this road and the way in which they park, it was necessary last year for removal vehicles and various other heavy goods vehicles to mount the curb to gain access. This has resulted in the grass disappearing and this area turning to a muddy bog, especially during wet weather. We have had a sign indicating the nature of parking which has helped enormously to get people to think about how they park, however this morning the bin vehicle needed to reverse around the corner into Addis Close and in order to achieve this mounted the curb. As you can see from the pictures the resultant mess is unacceptable. I have contacted you before about this but was told that there was no money to deal with paths etc. Please can I ask that someone come out to assess the damage at the very least and attempt some form of repair, preferably to have that area tarmaced over as I don't see anyway that this can be restored back to a grass area without the same happening again.
