Fire hydrant tarmacked over

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2454589.
The Fire hydrant at the junction of high street Pitsford and A508 has been tarmacked over. This was reported by a fire crew, and is of serious concern to the fire service, to attend incidents and get water. Please rectify this matter, and can I ask this time a senior manager is informed that this keeps happening, and is unacceptable. Thanks
