Fire hydrant tarmacked over

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2454625.

The Fire hydrant opposite No. 89 High street Pitsford has been tarmacked over, This was reported by a fire crew and is of serious concern as the 2nd nearest hydrants has also been tarmacked over, this will cause operational issues and needs sorting ASAP. Please let a senior manager know this keeps happening and someone should be supervising under the street-works act.
