Broken flooded footpath outside 35, 37& 39 disabled access
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2458417.
There is sunken tarmac and water coming from Greenhill’s Road pouring along roadway and collecting all along the pathway which makes it impassable for the footpath. Subsequently children going to school, disabled/infirm using scooters and the people in the houses,people endeavouring to walk along are faced with deep water or ice when it freezes. Service engineers (electric, water, gas, telecoms etc) have done work on the corner in recent months and the corner of the green/verge is now sunken and with no kerb mud and debris is being washed into the front of the properties. This problem has existed for some considerable time, but has been enormously exacerbated during this last long spell of wet weather that we have been having and will obviously only get worse with time!!!
Likely to cause slips and falls, already limiting vulnerable peoples access.
