Obstruction left on the sidewalk

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 20:16, Monday 4 January 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2461520.

The solution you suggest does not make sense, because the problem is not overfilled bins. I am reporting this problem for the third time ( ref: 2450899, ref: 2453326 ) and I do not know how thoughtless somebody has to be to not understand the meaning of this report. THE WASTE BINS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM, THE PROBLEM IS THE OBSTRUCTION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SIDEWALK (whatever it is). If they put a space rocket there, would you tell me to contact NASA ?! The solution to this problem is to contact the occupiers and tell them to take the bins from the sidewalk. (Especially since there are even more of them lately.) Don't close the case and don't send me anywhere, because you should solve this problem. "Domestic waste bins are never taken from the sidewalk. They constantly pose a threat to pedestrians, and in windy weather, the wind blows their rubbish across the street. Also, bins moved by the wind can damage the cars parked there."
