Drain causes flooding to footpath

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2463822.

During rainfall the adjacent path floods as a result of the drain. May blockage in the drain. The path fully floods during heavy rainfall preventing pedestrians from walking safely on the foot path. Pedestrians have to use the main road to avoid it.
