Finedon Road still in a bad state despite previous repairs

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2467308.

Finedon Road particularly by Ambler Close is still in a bad state and needs resurfacing. The road is in constant use by HGVs going to and from Keelings International who do not always keep to the 30mph speed limit. The speed they are going over the uneven road is still causing the neighbouring houses to shake from the impact.

  • This is still a major issue, my house and neighbours houses are literally shaking from the HGVs hitting the potholes! The many other reports on here by other people just go to show how severe the road is and how unsuitable it is as a main HGV route. Please resurface the road

  • Thank you for your enquiry, site visited. Works have been instructed and this road is in to be resurfaced on the 18th and 19th of march.
