Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2467570.

Our church building is on the corner and we have witnessed several near accidents. 1) the pedestrians need a couple of seconds longer especially prams and disabled people 2) the lights both ways need adjusting as both have the right of way for a couple of seconds and that causes road rage and near accidents
