Dropped kerbs are unsafe and need reprofiling

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2467675.
A local resident raised with the Parish Council that they tried to use these on there invalid scooter and due to the unevenness nearly feel over . The path/dropped kerbs need sorting

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the dropped kerb. We are currently experiencing high levels of reports and have crews out dealing with the severe weather. We will investigate and provide information on our decision within the next 10 working days.

Thank you for making us aware of concerns regarding these dropped kerbs in relation to mobility scooters. I am sorry to hear of the issues reported. I have added this request to the list of work for consideration in the new financial year, but cannot give a timescale at this stage. We will assess what improvements are feasible here, but on the Stamford Road side of the junction it appears that scope for reprofiling may be limited due to the very narrow footway.
