Drain STILL blocked

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2473698.

Drain completely blocked & covered with mud since heavy rains & flooding on 23rd December. Apparently someone has been out, looked at it & seen no problem. Well there is a problem as the drain is completely covered & unable to drain any heavy rain or floodwater. Please come out & sort this out, it needs a machine to unblock & clean out the drain. It is opposite the door of number 3.
