Road becoming more dangerous as not wide enough for vehicles to pass

I have reported this road before after getting stuck, how can this be seen as no issues?!! The road is getting dangerous with all the floods recently, you have to drop off road, sometimes the drop is in excess of 10 inches, into the mud to allow a vehicle to pass. This is putting mud on the road which is extremely dangerous. It needs widening, or at the very least passing laybys. I will continue to report until this road is made safe as I commute it daily for work purposes, to go round is not an option.

  • Defects assessed by highways warden in line with current highways intervention criteria we will look at passing place provision for a future scheme should funding become available for works of this nature.
