Lose gravel left on road after you resurfaced the road.

There is still lose gravel left on the road for when you resurfaced the road. This is causing damage to every ones cars. Last night to stones hit the windscreen and damaged it. 1 chip and 1 crack. Why not resuface the road properly rather than cutting corners. The road was better before the resurface. please fix your mess you have made and who is going to compensate me for the cost of a new windscreen

Good Afternoon, thank you for your enquiry regarding the surface dressing works that took place on Wollaston Road. The site is currently being closely monitored and if required remedial works will be undertaken in the summer of this year. The road will also be swept within the next two weeks to remove any excess chippings. We are very sorry to hear of the damage sustained to your windscreen. Our insurance team will soon be emailing you over a claim form to fill in. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
