Two grit bins on Belfry way Daventry desperately need filling.

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2476943.

We have two grit bins on Belfry way that have never been filled. We have lived here for 12years! I have spoken to daventry council & orbit Housing - both will not take responsibility for them. Please help.
