The raised footway which is essential to enable foot traffic when the road is flooded is currently unusable to to missing slats, rotten and uneven planks and vegetation growth which is blocking the footway. The problem is along the full stretch of the pathway and the previous response of erecting footpath closed signs is doing nothing to rectify the problem.
