Large number of potholes in highway and bridleway. Some in excess of half a meter wide & 20cm deep.Photos from Nov2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2481874.
The potholes are deep and getting worse. Edges are sharp with risk of slashing tyres. Horses have tripped in them (one v badly and the faller broke their arm 18months ago). A year ago Highways sprayed the potholes. A few months later, when most of the spray had worn off, a team came to fill them. But they couldn't see the spray as it was either worn off or the potholes were full of either ice/snow and they therefore didn't do them all or at all properly.
