Previously fixed potholes become bad again

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2483367.

Potholes all over the left-hands side road when driving towards Broadmead Avenue. Particularly bad when turning on to Greenfield Avenue, which also has uneven surfaces and potholes. Certainly will damage your car if driven over these at normal speed or if un-noticed. Please have a look at this, thank you.
